Pak-CDP has 81 experienced professional and support staff those are familiar with the local norms, tradition, culture and local languages and have good relations with local CBOs and people.

Besides the Water and Sanitation projects Pak-CDP also implemented shelter project with the support of CRS in the refugee camps in Kurram Agency. During the year of 2002, Pak-CDP with the support of CRS constructed 800 mud houses for the refugees migrated to Pakistan as a result of US/Nato airstrikes on Afghanistan after the event of 9/11, 2001
